Easy Wargame features six unique unit types, each with its own playstyle. Assemble your miniature army by selecting from the available units below, and discover how each one performs in battle.

All units are designed for small, skirmish-style encounters, making it easy to set up and play. Best of all, you can use any miniatures you already own—just be sure it's clear which unit type each miniature represents.

For a balanced and exciting match, both players should field the same number of units. This ensures a fair, strategic battle for everyone involved.

Commanders are the leader of your army. They have the most hit points of all the units. A Commander can pack a devastating punch in close combat and have a ranged combat ability as well.

How to deploy:
Team up your Commander with other units to create a basic army. As this unit is so versatile, it will perform well in most situations. Beware of Sharpshooters as they are the only units with a further shooting range. In a melee situation, the Commander should be able to take on any other unit in a one-on-one fight.

Unique ability:
The Commander has 4 hit points and 4 melee attacks, making it the toughest unit in the game.

Sharpshooters are the best marksmen in the game. Absolute experts in ranged combat, since the unit can shoot over a longer distance than any other unit. When used right, enemy units are taken out before getting into close range.

How to deploy:
Your Sharpshooter should always be at a safe distance from enemy units. Hang back and safely target your opponents without getting into melee range. Team up Sharpshooters with a Commander or a few Brawlers for a deadly combination of long range damage and melee attacks.

Unique ability:
The Sharpshooter can shoot from 12" distances, the longest range in the game.

Elites are versatile units that can shoot or fight in any combat situation. Your Elite can be any model that is carrying a gun or a bow and a close combat weapon like a knife or a sword.

How to deploy:
With a medium movement range and a medium to close attack range, Elites are a solid choice for any situation. You can team up your Elite with some Brawlers or Sharpshooter units for an even more versatile army.

Unique ability:
The Elite can shoot or have 2 melee attacks, this makes them the best choice for the player who wants variety.

Brawlers are a masters of melee combat. They like to smash their opponent from up close, and with amazing movement range and two melee attacks, Brawlers really are in a league of their own.
How to deploy:
A Brawler is best used if it can get into melee range of it's opponent. However, it does not have any ranged combat abilities. Bring a combination of Brawlers and Sharpshooters to your army to do the most damage to your opponent's units.
Unique ability:
The Brawler can move 12" on the playing field, twice as much as any other unit in the game.

Support is a unique kind of unit in the game. Their primary goal is not to attack, but to boost your other units. A Support unit can definitely help you win a game, but need other units to really thrive.
How to deploy:
Use this unit type in a squad with other units. Recover a lost hit point on any unit in your squad. If none of your units lost any hit point during the battle, the Support can make a ranged attack instead. Don't be afraid to use the ability of the Support unit, you will have one re-roll every turn per supporting unit.
Unique ability:
The Support unit allows you to recover singe hit point on a unit, something no other unit can.

NPC's are background characters you can use to enhance your games. They are ideal elements to use as a neutral 3rd party faction, or as part of the environment in narrative-based games.
How to deploy:
It is not recommended to use NPC's as main units for your army. For larger armies, you can deploy a bunch of NPC's as your standard rank-and-file units. If using them in your army, it's recommender they are led by another unit like a Commander.
Unique ability:
The NPC has average movement and poor attack, by far the weakest unit in the game.
